Five Stars DEIA Statement

Five Stars DEIA Goals

We will support job seekers by ensuring equitable access to information, services, and trainings in this program regardless of their racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities, age, economic background, education levels, physical or mental abilities, native language, and birthplace.

We will support participating hotels by providing feedback on their own internal DEIA goals to help them create inclusive, authentic, and positive workplaces to better recruit and retain staff.

We will create continuous, open, and transparent data feedback loops with job seekers, hotels, and key stakeholders to ensure ongoing and informed improvements.

The Five Stars--Hotel Employment Initiative commits to transparent, data-informed support for both job seekers and hotel employers in increasing diversity, inclusivity and accessibility through equity-focused practices at all points of engagement during the project.
